Athletic clothing, running/training shoes, and something to drink. Cleats can be worn when training on turf/grass. Track spikes can be worn when training on the track.
We will use our best judgement on whether sessions should take place or not. If a session does need to be cancelled or postponed you will not lose out on it. We will keep you updated about when the session will be made up.
