Summer Sprint and Jump Training will be running from June 8th to July 31st
at Midview High School
Sprint Training is designed to raise athlete's max speed, acceleration, and create technical proficiency. This is NOT a conditioning program.
Sprint Training - Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30pm
High and Long Jump Training will be focusing on approach creation and execution, take off mechanics, and in air mechanics.
High Jump - Tuesdays 6:30pm and Sundays 12:00pm
Long Jump - Thursdays 6:30pm and Sundays 1:30pm
- This will give you access to all Sprint Sessions OR High Jump Sessions OR Long Jump Sessions
- Ideal for someone who just wants to work on sprints or one of the jumping events
- 16 sessions total ($10.63/session)
- This will give you access to all sessions, both sprints and jumps
- Up to 48 total sessions ($5.21/session)
- Ideal for someone who wants to increase their sprinting ability and work on the jumping events (recommended because sprinting is very important in the jumping events)
- These are good for 1 session, either sprints or jumps
